Director and Editor Simon’s creative juice began in Tasmania just over 30 years ago. During this time he worked on shows such as My Restaurant Rules, Talk To The Animals, Shopping for Love, Living with Footballers and local iconic travel show Coxy’s Big Break.

Simon’s tireless Never Say Die work ethic coupled with his creative flair and vision ensures all Hot Lolly projects have the necessary impact and “wow” factor to stand out and reach there targeted audience.
Born in New Zealand, Matt grew up with a passion for the outdoors and a hands on approach to life. Matt completed his Certificate of Mechanical Engineering with high grades but knew from an early age that directing was the only career choice so he moved to Australia when he was 19.
He has built both careers side by side and is now concentrating all of his energy into his directing career. Matt found his engineering background useful when he built his own steadicam allowing him to achieve a slick visual style combined with his high impact editing skills.
